What is the Food Industry Management Certificate?:
The PSU Food Industry Management Certificate is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in the food industry. Combined with an undergraduate concentration such as human resources, accounting or finance, the food industry management certificate allows students to pursue a broader degree while obtaining specialized skills and training in food industry strategies and issues. The certificate program offers:
- An understanding of current challenges and opportunities in the industry
- Experience with cutting edge food industry related software
- More than $40,000 in scholarships offered in 2001-2002 academic year
- Interaction, internships and practicums in industry
- Opportunities to attend national food association conferences

You can earn a Food Industry Management Certificate in addition to your School of Business major. Students also receive additional services

Supply & Logistics Management Major
Students majoring in Supply & Logistics Management are encouraged to earn the Food Certificate as well. Many courses overlap: contact the SLM advisor for specific requirements.
