What is the Food Industry Management Certificate?
The PSU Food Industry Management Certificate is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in the 1.3 trillion dollar (2003) food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods industry. Combined with an undergraduate concentration such as human resources, accounting or finance, the food industry management certificate allows students to pursue a broader degree while obtaining specialized skills and training in food industry strategies and issues. The certificate program offers:

1. Gain admission to the School of Business
2. Complete courses in the undergraduate major option of choice
3. Complete courses in the Food Industry Management Certificate

Supply & Logistics Management:
Students majoring in Supply & Logistics Management are encouraged to earn the Food Certificate as well. Many courses overlap: contact the SLM advisor for specific requirements.
